By booking service with Sorrento Tour Guide and through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.
SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Sorrento Tour Guide all the guided tours are conducted by English speaking Licensed Tourist Guides provided with Official badge displaying the license number on it in compliance with the Italian laws.
Only licensed Tour Guides may guide you at the sites you visit.
The private tours and transfers are provided by professional drivers. The vehicles are correctly licensed and insured by the local authority.
The drivers are NOT Licensed Tour Guide and will not provide services of a guide.
Italy has strict laws and regulations in place to protect licensed tour guides, this makes it unlawful for Tour Drivers offer commentary about sites outside the vehicle. In order for us to comply with Italian laws, Tour Drivers may not tour our guests near or inside monuments, museums, churches or piazzas.
RESERVATIONS and PAYMENTS
All the services can be booked directly on our website. We do not accept bookings less than 24 hours before
Once we have received your booking and the deposit of 20% of the full amount by credit card or Paypal secure system, we will confirm your reservation by sending a Voucher that contains the details of your reservation.
Contact us immediately if any information which appears on any document is incorrect or incomplete.
The remaining balance will be ppaidby credit card or cash (euro) at the end of the tour.
CHANGES
if you wish to make any change to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any requests if you submit it a few days prior.
FORCE MAJEURE
SORRENTO Tour Guide accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by forces majeure events such as strikes, riots, fire, flood, natural disaster, weather problems or similar events beyond our control.
INSURANCE
SORRENTO TOUR GUIDE strongly recommends to have travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Client(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance cover. The Client (s) are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED BOOKED Private TOURS and guided service WILL BE MADE ON THE FOLLOWING BASIS
If your booking cancellation occurs within
2 weeks before the tour date you’ll receive a total refund
1 week before the booked tour date: 50% refund
less then 1 week before the booked tour date: no refund
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED Transfers
If your booking cancellation occurs within
1 week before the transfer date you’ll receive a total refund
6-4 days before the transfer date: 50% refund
3 days before the transfer date: no refund
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL and confirmed by us so your cancellation will be on record. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS BY PHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, OR 3RD PARTIES.
